Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY THE ONESIE BAR EXPERIENCE The Healing Press by Shea Thank you for choosing The Onesie Bar Experience. We are excited to help create memorable keepsakes for your special event. BOOKING & DEPOSITS • A non-refundable deposit of 25%–50% is required to secure your event date. • Remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon. • Dates are not confirmed until deposit is received. TRAVEL FEES • Travel within the local service area is included. • Additional travel fees may apply for events outside the local area. SETUP & EVENT SPACE • Clients must provide adequate space near electrical outlets for heat press equipment. • Setup begins approximately 1–2 hours before the event start time. • The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows heat press equipment. EVENT TIME • Packages include a specific event time based on the selected package. • Additional time may be added for an extra fee if available. CUSTOM DESIGNS • Personalized designs and custom requests should be submitted in advance. • Last-minute customizations may result in additional fees. SAFETY • Heat press machines become extremely hot during use. • Children must be supervised by an adult while near the press station. • The Healing Press by Shea is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Deposits are non-refundable. • One reschedule may be allowed with at least 7 days notice based on availability. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may result in additional fees. PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA • Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client. WEATHER & OUTDOOR EVENTS • Outdoor events must provide covered space and access to electricity. • Severe weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety purposes.
