How We Work Together
Community Navigator is designed to help you identify resources, understand your options, organize information, and create practical next steps. SCC can research, guide, connect, and assist—but progress requires your participation too.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and documents, responding to requests, completing required steps, attending appointments, submitting applications, and following through on your plan.
Support works best when you’re ready to participate in the process.
SCC does not guarantee employment, housing, financial assistance, scholarships, funding, program acceptance, approvals, or any other specific outcome. Eligibility and final decisions are determined by employers, schools, agencies, funders, housing providers, and other third parties.
