THE EXPRESSION
01. Write
Writing is where your healing begins. This step gives you the space to be honest about your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear or judgment. When you write, you allow your truth to exist outside of you instead of carrying it alone. Seeing your words on paper can bring clarity, release, and understanding. It is the first step in acknowledging what you have been holding and creating space for something new.
02. Smash
Smash is the moment you physically release what you have been carrying. After writing, breaking the plate becomes an act of letting go. It allows you to release emotional weight and take back your power. This step is not about destruction, it is about choosing yourself and no longer holding onto what has caused you pain. 03. Heal

Instead, you begin to step into the person you are becoming with confidence and purpose. This step reminds you that healing continues, and each step forward brings you closer to yourself.
