Booking policies are designed to honor both the client’s time and the guide’s energy for Write, Smash & Heal™ sessions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To honor both the sanctity of your healing journey and the dedicated energy of our guides, Shea Heals™ maintains a firm policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling. We ask that any changes to your scheduled Write, Smash & Heal™ session be made at least 48 hours in advance. This notice allows us to invite another soul seeking restoration into that space.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future bookings. We understand emergencies arise, however, our policy remains consistent to support the sustainability of our healing sessions and respect the preparation involved in every experience we offer.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full to secure your session. This policy reflects our commitment to honoring both the client’s time and the guide’s energy reserved for each Write, Smash & Heal™ experience. Please be advised that certain session categories may be non-refundable or subject to specific cut-off times for rescheduling, as detailed at the time of your booking.
