Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling to secure your session. All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session. Requests made within less than 72 hours will not be eligible for rescheduling. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled without refund. ⸻ 🛑 Cancellation Policy All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed sessions. ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their session one time with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original booking date. ⸻ ⚠️ Safety & Responsibility Participants must follow all safety instructions during the session, including the use of protective gear. Shea Heals is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur due to failure to follow safety guidelines. ⸻ By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
